Flutiheal AZ NF (7g/7ml) is a dual-action nasal spray combining Azelastine (antihistamine) and Fluticasone (corticosteroid) to treat seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. It acts within an hour to relieve sneezing, runny nose, congestion, and itchy/watery eyes. The recommended dosage is usually one spray in each nostril twice daily for adults and children aged 6+
